Land of the Free Immigration Advocacy offers legal representation to individuals seeking asylum in the United States due to past or feared persecution in their home countries.
To be eligible for asylum, you must already be in the U.S. and unable or unwilling to return to your country of origin because of past persecution—or a well-founded fear of future persecution.
ASYLUM SEEKERS
Land of the Free Immigration Advocacy offers legal assistance and representation to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (LPRs) who wish to reunite with their loved ones. We help bring family members to the United States from abroad or assist those already here with adjusting their immigration status.
FAMILY-BASED IMMIGRATION
Land of the Free Immigration Advocacy provides legal assistance and representation to lawful permanent residents (LPRs) who are ready to take the next step toward becoming U.S. citizens. We guide clients through the naturalization process with care and clarity.
From time to time, we also host citizenship workshops across Long Island to help community members get the support they need.
CITIZENSHIP/NATURALIZATION
Land of the Free Immigration Advocacy offers legal assistance to immigrants eligible for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) based on their country of origin and date of entry into the U.S. In addition to meeting these criteria, applicants must also demonstrate good moral character, which includes having no felony convictions or other disqualifying factors.
